Who we are
Volleyball Manager (“VBM,” “we,” “our”) is operated by Digaball, Inc. We provide software that volleyball organizations use to run their courts, leagues, tournaments, training programs, and member relationships.
Whose data this covers
This policy covers two distinct groups:
- Organization operators — the directors, staff, and admins of organizations that subscribe to VBM. They interact with us directly.
- Organization members — the players, families, and volunteers who register with a specific organization. Their relationship is with the organization, not with VBM. We process their data only as a service to the organization they joined.
What we collect
- From organization operators: contact information, organization details, billing information (handled by Stripe), and usage data necessary to provide the service.
- From organization members: only the data the organization itself collects through registration forms (name, contact, waivers, payment information). Members’ data belongs to their organization.
- From visitors to vballmanager.com: contact form submissions, basic server logs (IP address, user agent), and standard web traffic data.
What we do with it
- Provide the service the organization has subscribed to.
- Communicate with organization operators about their account.
- Process payments via Stripe (we do not store card data).
- Improve the platform.
What we do not do
We are club-owned by design. We do not:
- Sell, rent, or share member data with other organizations or third parties.
- Aggregate member data across organizations into a marketing database.
- Market our own services to an organization’s members.
- Allow other organizations to see your members’ events, registrations, or contact information.
Data ownership and export
Your organization’s data is yours. Organization operators can export member data on demand. Full data export (registrations, payments, schedules, results) is rolling out in stages.
Payments
Payments use Stripe Connect. Funds flow directly from the payer to your organization’s Stripe account. We never custody your money.
Security
We use HTTPS for every page, hashed passwords, and standard infrastructure security. No system is perfectly secure; if you discover a vulnerability, please email security@vballmanager.com.
Your rights
If you are a member of an organization using VBM and want to access, correct, or delete your data, contact your organization directly — they own that data. If you are an organization operator, contact info@vballmanager.com.
Changes
We update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced to organization operators by email.
