Terms of Service
Acceptance
By creating an account or otherwise using Volleyball Manager (“VBM,” “the service”), you agree to these terms. The service is operated by Digaball, Inc.
Beta phase
During our beta phase, access to the service is invite-only. Beta customers receive a free trial during the beta period. Pricing terms after the beta phase will be communicated to active accounts before they take effect.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account, the security of your credentials, and the actions of any staff you authorize.
Acceptable use
- Don’t use the service to violate any law.
- Don’t attempt to interfere with the service or other organizations’ data.
- Don’t resell the service without a written agreement.
Your data
You retain all rights to the data your organization stores in VBM. We process it only as needed to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Payments
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as agreed. Payment processing for your members runs through Stripe Connect — funds flow directly to your account. Stripe’s terms apply to those transactions.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and rare outages happen.
Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms. On termination, you may export your data within 30 days; after that, we may delete it.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to active accounts at least 14 days before they take effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
